The preliminary peace offer from South Korea is deemed acceptable by the United States at this time. (Given the ridiculousness of the Mexico issue I think it would be better to just assume Mexico has done nothing at all.)
Ideally, (especially since there is not an actual member of the forums representing N. Korea and we can do pretty much as we please in this MUN alternate history) the French Republic hopes for: 1. The dissolution of both Koreas and the reletively peaceful reunification of the suffering Korean people 2. International committments of political, social, economic, and military support from all blocs [which would be necessary anyways given that the USSR and China both have vetos in the UNSC] that would rebuild the Korean penninsula and resurect its economy 3. The utter withdrawal of foreign militaries from the nation of Korea and the establishment of Korea as a protected neutral state by all blocs. The French Republic also has other goals in mind and will add others to them, but at this time it recognizes that those already proposed are lofty to say the least and hopes to bring some of them about before pushing for anything else. Additionally, in the pursuit of these goals, the French Republic recognizes that there may be the requirement that new elections are held in Korea to replace the leaders in order to create a sense of national unity. The French Republic, regrettably, also recognizes that the best chance to achieve the cooperation of N. Korea in this is to guarentee to the leaders of N. Korea that they will not face reprisals for their past actions.
