I thought that you Americans were 'celebrating' Thanksgiving... shouldn't you be on vacation... or did your professors give alot of work over the break?
Umm, I'm In high school... We don't get a week off only thur and Fri... Also I'm not a fan of Skyrim, I think the story is silly, more into Sci-fi stories
Did I ever state my location? If I did not, is there not the assumption that I prefer it not to be stated? I never said where I am for a reason you know. So Kali, have some respect. I never said that I was American.
What difference does it make? As far as you can be concerned, I am not. Overal, I keep it to myself for very obvious reasons if you watch my posts. No matter where I say I am, whether it is in the U.S. or not, people will judge my posts partly on my location. It could work for or against me depending on where I am and their perceptions of that place. I don't fear their judgement, but I cannot stand the "...you are in ____, therefore you know NOTHING about ANYTHING." I rob myself of the ligitimacy of saying "I live near ____, so I know the situation better." but I prefer not encountering the former than dealing in the latter. The easiest way to avoid all of that crap is to simply keep it to myself. This way, I cannot claim first-hand knowledge, but neither can I be claimed to be more bias than I myself reveal. Think about how you judge my posts already, Kali. You see me how you do on the matter of China. What if I actually said that I live in China? You would, on some level, openly or not, start claiming that my view is bias beyond all consideration. Basically, it has alot to do with ethos. By keeping my location to myself, I save myself alot of unnecessary hassle. And I'd prefer it to stay that way until such time that I reveal my location myself.
