The CoD formula is perfect for both casual and 'hardcore' online play. And that's why it's immensely good and popular.
I think in recent history it has gone towards casual gamers and "noobs" but I like the simple basics of cod 4 and its community.
I just found myself bored of it, its been increasingly hard for me to find a game that keeps me entertained for a long time like cod 4 and halo 3 did.
Games are getting repetitive, people are playing the same old CoD, Gears of War, Halo, Battlefield, and Assassin's Creed games. We need more new shit, especially on consoles.
Alright guys, enough about MW3. I don't even have the hardware to run that game, introducing it to my computer would be like putting Anders Breivik in the NKVD HQ of Stalin's era.
LOL! (Writes the man who can't run Medieval 2) Anyway, I would love to see a LP on the original Half-Life. I feel I'm missing out on the story, with the Vortigaunts and all.
Well Lads, as it seems that my computer is crap and Fraps hates every video game designed in this world. Amnesia will not recieve any LP'ing nor will any of its custom stories, unless that is you want to sit through me playing a game at 7 FPS with Minecraft level graphics for hours on end. However, not all is lost folks! We have Half-Life 1 with its numerious mods and great (if not really, really long) storyline. So there you have it, I will not be doing Amnesia due to preform. issues and in its place will be HL-1. *sob* *sob*
I quite never change my avatar, since I think it's fine like this, but I didn't change my name myself the first time. It was a mistake by 0bserver. I thought it was pretty funny, but the joke started to get annoying, so I changed my name again. I could have changed it back to FeyBart, but since Bart was not yet used, why'd I go to FeyBart again?
Its because its the worse game ever. Actually no I found playing it fun, but ONLY from a gameplay standpoint, I despised the 'story' (or lack thereof) and I had the mute button on through half the cut scenes while I listened to music.
