    Why do you "have the right"? It's not like his accounts go into a special folder or anything. It would require an extraordinary amount of menial work to sort through the hundreds of spam accounts to check the admin logs for it, and then to again revirify IP addresses, all for no real tangible benefit to anyone.

    No we don't. Napoleon and the Law Enforcement are the only people who have the right to that information. If Napoleon wanted to release it then more power to him.
