Now if Germany even managed to make an invasion of England who says England would have just folded over and died?

The fact was that England did not have a big army. They only seemed superior because they had a massive fleet and an enormous air fleet.

Russia would have invaded eventually, great Britain would have stood strong and then you could argue that eventually america would have found a way to attack them directly.

I find the victory of Nazi Germany so unlikely.

Great Britain was on the edge of collapsing. Germany would have been able to carry on for much longer. Also, there would have been a big chance the USA would not even join at all if they would not have been attacked by Japan.

Didn't Japan sign a non-agression treaty with the USSR in 1941?

No the united states was going to join even without Japanese intervention, both FDR and Winston wanted it and they would have done anything in there power to make sure it would have happened. Great Britain at the time was doing very well according to the situation they where in as the RAF was doing great against the Luftwaffe, infact the Germans where starting to have more a situation and the entire invasion of the soviet union was almost necessarily to defeat the British as they needed the raw supplies of the Su.

So no eventually the nazis would have lost.

I don't know, let's look it up... Yes, they did. But guess what: Germany did too, and Japan and Germany both were at war with the USSR a few years later.

The Molotov pact was the one between the Soviets and Nazis, and was considered by many mainstreme communist to be a betrayal of the regime to the fascist. next the Japanese would never declare war on the soviet union, because of the soviet-Japanese proxy wars in the 1930s where the soviets made the Japanese there bitch.

Even if the Germans took England nothing would stop the Russians form wrecking the Fatherland. They had a huge army, with top notch generals. I'm quite sure Hitler would have lost even if the Russians were his only foe. Which ever way you look at it, it didn't matter how many victories the Nazis won, because Hitler was always looking for more land. Sooner or later he would(and did) bit off more than he could chew.
