So, after seeing a thread about modding, I've decided to make an NKVD Civ 4 mod. Obviously, I can't include everyone, but if you do want in, I'm gonna need some information from you. I'm going to make most of the decisions,but I need a list of city names for your civ. If I don't see any from you, the ones you get may be really lame.
I don't play Civ, but I think it would be cool to be in a Mod. Can you give the details I need to submit?
City names. I'll decide everything else. Some background info might be useful for determining what art style to use. By that I mean, would your units and building look Chinese, Greek, etc.? EDIT- Oh, and if you want to give me a pic to sue as a leaderhead, give me that as well. Its the pic that will show up while engaging in diplomacy with your civ. And, I have no idea what your unique unit and building would be.
I'll give you everything except my pic. I don't feel comfortable giving my picture to people on the webz. How about you use the members Avatars as the portraits. Anyways, how many cities do you need? And background info? You mean like ethnicity, because I'm English.

my leader shall be my profile pic. The art style should be western europe. And my city names should be a random string of curse words. just give me what Germany should have bacause were both overly agressive basterds. Do I need to give you anything else?
Well, thats why its a mod. Just don't get too crazy, because I'm not an artist. I'm using whats available to me.
Ok then my building should be Arbys (because thats where Emanuel sliced his finger off), I'm thinking it should replace supermarkets and give an extra bonus to unit exp and well as health benifits. For my unit take the viking's berserker take away it's anphibious attack and give it 10 power instead of 8, Call it the Chicago Berserker (I'll change the name later, mabye)
