North Korea agrees to suspend nuclera activities

Didn't they do the same thing when Kim Jong il came to power in 1994 lol, good move North Korea good move.

This is great, now people can't say "You don't get food, until the military gets food!"

For the record, the Chinese have been sending tons of food to N. Korea for years.
I can't find the article on it, but in 2010 or 2011, after the bombardment of that S. Korean island by N. Korea, China responded to N. Korea's request for some 500,000 tons of rice with 500,000 tons of corn to signify their displeasure at N. Korea's actions, particularly since N. Korea didn't consult with China before doing it.
And China has also displayed immense displeasure with N. Korea not distributing the food as they apparently have an actual agreement that China provides the food and N. Korea will distribute it. Needless to say, that doesn't happen to the level that the Chinese want it to. The Chinese are mostly concerned about the political backlash though.

I hope America loaded extra Kleenex with the food packages.
