    Occupy the London Stock Exchange!

    Occupy the London Stock Exchange so far from what i've heard is going well. 2000 or 3000 protesters assembled today to march on and set up right in front of the Stock Exchange or possibly by the nearest park. However though, the police have narrowed in the protesters at one spot, but it appeared there was no violence just pushing and shoving really by the protesters and police. A special guest arrived today to deliver a speech and it was wikileaks founder Julian Assange. He was taking time to participate today against the 1%. Overall it's going well.

    Elsewhere in Rome there's been major civil unrest. Riot police have been called in to tackle the rioters. Water cannons have also been brought to the scene. The support there is electrifying, over 100,000 protesters managed to assemble together and march down to the center of Rome. Like i said again. There's been provocateurs in amoungst the crowed causing chaos on the streets and i'm really not sure if that's hindered the movement in general. Time will tell though in the next couple of weeks or months.

    I expect nonviolence from Americans, Its why I instantly call bullshit when people claim these protesters are acting violent or aggressive. (As should anyone who isn't a total fucking retard.)

    Either way. I still get their message, and I do agree with what their protesting. But whether or not the solutions they present will actually solve anything at the core remains to be seen.
