And if he does he will be banned. Those are not reasonable. You want highly disruptive members to stay because they are involved with games. It only caused a "huge calamity" because certain people like to complain about legitimate and justified actions.

There's a whole theory behind it. I should probably make a thread explaining it.
    Here:

The major problem with a person like Che is a few extreme beliefs.
However, if we look at the areas in which Che has commit his wrong doings they were all in the Coffee House.
You see, in order for Che to state his ideals, he must have a medium to bring them up. That is hard, if possible, in the Games and Operations section.
By removing the source from Che, we can regulate his actions and focus him on productive things if he stays.
This way, we keep him as an NKVD soldier and practically remove his problematic side.

It was a much better solution than causing an uproar by perma-banning him and losing his as a soldier.

Not banning him was already causing an uproar for all of the members that were not getting special treatment and were being insulted and threatened by him. Banning him according to the rules that everyone else has to follow only caused an uproar with a select few members. We don't need hateful people like him representing our clan, he can be replaced in the clan by someone who does not act like him, easily.

or you know you could try not bitching about things you have no hope of changing? and go and help the NKVD for real? that sounds like a lot better plan for you

I'm one of the major players on the TF2 clan + I'm the largest donator to the TF2 Relief Packages + I've done a ton of stuff in Wurm over my time there. If you count SimRepublic than Tito and I started the first company in the entire country.

So yes, I am "helping the NKVD for real". You aren't, take your own damn advice.

Exactly, we should have lightened rules and prohibition for most everyone.

Not to mention people need to cry less about those kinds of things. According to you, even I got death threats and I defended Che to the end. It's really not a big deal and it's foolish to blind yourself over it. Also, the reason the results are sckewed like that is because mods keep sticking their noses in things. They vote for their side 100% while the members act honestly and thus are split. If the polls were only member they would be much, much closer.

Apparently you didn't read my theory or you simply don't care to understand it. By removing the source of his hatefulness he wont be "prevoked" to voice it. Thus, he wouldn't represent poorly.

The irony of this statement is stronger than a raging gorilla on steroids.

It seems more that you've exploited the power of modship and used google for a while. I've so far logged 135+ hours in TF2, ultimatly summing up to great service in the TF2 Branch. I would do a lot more had I the influence you have.

Except in forum moderation, where you would do almost nothing, besides trying to keep around rule breakers, which is the exact opposite of what we should do.

and it's not my fault you shoot yourself in the foot before you get in a place to do some good. because due to my work and proposals to Stalin we will most likely have a real server within the month. a prohosted one not one hosted on someones home computer.
