Strangely I agree with this, though only because it lacked Morgan freeman.

I say we send in 50 battalions of soldiers in to murder the bastards, but penguins are the natural predator of light infantry so after the last of them fight to the death we nuke them and run into they're highly populated citys and murder they're wives and children. When we finish we sweep the battlefields and make the survivors fight to the death in a collusium and the remaing 10 get lined up in shot.

The U.S Senate could learn a thing or two from my logic.

Where in the Universe was the SA armada?! Its your **** homeworld for crying out loud! You defend it to the death or glass it to nothing and blow it to Oblivion, not allow it to fall to Xenos.

    On the topic:
Unlikely. Cultures, religions, philosophies, technologies/their use, and even to an extent, genes are influenced by where you are [amoung many, MANY other things]. So there would likely never be a homogeny that could hold together the human race. Even globalization has only so much influence, especially with the tradtionalists and fundamentalists out there. Not to mention the constant divisions of 'race', 'nationality', etc. Even a sweeping conquest probably would never create a united humanity.

From what I understand of the Warhammer 40K universe, the IOM as it is is not actually as the Emporer intended it to be. How it is is in fact the result of being in a perpetual state of warfare.
