I found this political cartoon while researching for a school project.

Accurate, and making a good point.

i dont see it as making a good point, i see it as saying that america should go and 'attack' all the other countries 'terrorists' could be in.

I doubt that is the message of the cartoon, it is saying that America's method of killing all of them is not working, as more would just spring up after one organization defeated (like how two heads would grow after one gone) and the 'war on terror' will either never end or the United States would lose (defeat being the more likely option). Herecles' method of winning is by scorching the necks after cutting Hydra's neck off, indicating that instead of simply killing every terrorists, the US should use other methods to stop more terrorist organization from rising up against them.
