Lol no. Whites tended to be wealthier people, thus they could arm themselves better. Majority of the army also supported whites so they had actual military experience. Reds were mostly farmers/workers who had poor pressure management, which made attacks impossible (human wave tactics of the era)
Hmm damn would have been interesting if the reds were better organized and had better management and thus won.
