Red Orchestra 2

Im new to NKVD and recently got Ro2 and i think it would be a great idea if a squad was formed. just an idea if it is ever formed would it be a good idea to have the Commisars and Field Marshalls be the Only ones who can choose the squad leader and commander classes? of course if it does happen it would probably create issues and would limit the players gameplay but hey just a suggestion.
