    Yes, for the lulz.

But seriously, substantually cutting the EPA wouldn't do much harm. It's mostly beurocrats anyway.
We could even shut it down entirly and transfer the few nessecities to other branches.

    See Observer get's the point.

Although Observer, a little of it is important. You don't want people dumping radioactive waste in the Water. I mean, this isn't China.

Yes, the Earth has plauged us for centuries, and now that the Earth is losing it wants a helping hand?

You also want pollution regulation so you can breathe and restrictions on industries like logging and mining so we have plants and animals.

You mean that people being unemployed is more livable than losing the Blue Spotted Owl?

Do you support nuclear power? I prefer it over crackpot schemes like Solar and Wind energy honestly. The greatest injustice is that they littered the Altamont with those fucking wind turbines. Also, a lot of birds each year die because of these monsters.

I support nuclear as it is also environmentally friendly unless something like an earthquake happens. Also I would prefer to live to 80 and my children to live even longer than die at 40 because health problems working in some factory or near it.

    Pssshhh, they'll be fine.

Besides, you don't need the EPA to handle that. Imagine the law suits if a factory was spewing that stuff all over LA and causing a bunch of early deaths?
It would be like slaughter. They'd be burried in forms.

Actually they are indirectly. If it wasn't for all those National Parks and crap we could start logging or mining or drilling and would have to hire workers to man those places.

We'd "breath properly" anyway due to the massive law suits we'd have if a company actually did polute the area.

Also the plants and animals will be fine. We can always put them in Zoos for our amusement if we need to.

Zoos are not a proper place for animals they should be in their natural habitat not in a zoo. Also do you think that all these factories aren't harming the air and the environment and also these are big companies lawsuits don't do anything there also wouldn't be a need for them if you just impose restrictions. Also more plants and animals you destroy the harder it is to breathe.

People won't need to file lawsuits (and inevitably lose against the corporation's army of lawyers) if they aren't allowed to fuck up the environment in the first place.

The plants and animals won't be fine if we put them all in zoos. They need to be out in nature, keeping the environment in balance, not in cages having peanuts thrown at them.

It doesn't matter if you have the best lawyers in the world, you can't win when people are chocking on black smoke that's pouring out of your smoke-stacks.

Balance? Nature? You know for people who are willing to loot the rich blind in order to fund programs to hope employment goes up, your really hesitant to chop down a forest and have people for sure get employed.

a place with lots of running water
just had a case of a company locally running there factory smoke stacks without filters a truck load of lawsuits came in from locals and the EPA and guess what the company's still here doing what they do best. While the EPA can hurt small companies a lot due various air quality restrictions they cant do enough to large company's or corporations. And on the point of the removal of the EPA en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Love_Canal that's the kind of shit that happens when people don't watch what companies are doing
