Unfortunately there still exists the task of smashing the various enemies of man into oblivion. Idle thumbs and what not.

Isn't that what the lesser plebeians are for? As far as I'm concerned, my role in the advancement of humanity ended when I finished teaching them how to make me money in the intellectual pursuits. They were grateful enough, seeing as they didn't have to dig ditches in the Israeli sun. Plus, I got them comfy office chairs.

The moral of this story is that people need to hurry up with that whole "moving towards a brighter future" thing. I've done my part, everyone else needs to do theirs. The faster they do that, the faster I can have hover cars, and robots that listen to my wife's problems.

What about the robot that addresses your wife's problems instead of just listening.

Fair enough, but I still encourage you to familiarize yourself with the word 'mastication'. Just in case.

Once you get married, you will realize that the laborious acts that they request are far more tolerable than the actual act of listening to the problem at hand.

I don't know man, straws are pretty cool.

Right now, all I see is delicious smoothies, and a future of a even more sedentary life style. What do you see?

By advanced machinery, conceptualized and created by mankind's abolition of physical and manual labor in all forms? By the collective, greater human consciousness, with the rocks symbolizing obstacles to the progress of humanity? Or by Mexicans, laboring so they can provide their families the lower middle class lifestyle they yearned for in their native country?

You may only pick one. Begin.

Seeing as they are moving slowly, my plan to grab a beer and watch them roll by, off into the sunset, makes a lot more sense now, doesn't it?

I would roll only as slowly as I was motivated to give the rocks the occasional tap. Outside of my small influence of the speed of the rocks, their movement is out of my control. So, I figure I might as well enjoy the scenery while we as a whole fail to increase the rock's speed.

Right then, enough of this philosophical nonsense. Someone should be along shorty with the heavy industrial equipment anyway.

Onward to the glorious future Matt! Imagine a world where simple things that are often made of cheap plastic, such as plates or children's toys, can be manufactured at home. Using a cheap yet durable substance that can be broken down and reshaped at your leisure.

Sounds fantastical, but all that reshaping and mind bending sounds tiring. I assume I can just as easily get someone to reshape this magic material for me? Thus ending my years of preforming a useful task or action?

I sincerely hope that my shiny, yet undoubtedly overpriced smart home will come without all the chinky type fellows, won't it?
