As you can see the literacy of my population is ONLY 15,6 percent. Which is the 4th lowest in Europe(We have more literacy then Spain, Portugal Serbia and Russia). Therefore it is in my mind, indeed tempting to sweep over France with their 80% literacy. Especially since they are at war with Algeria 2. We start conservative (surprise) so I don’t have the choice to place a Social or Political reform. On a totally different note, I saw on the Paradoxian forums, that the higher the literacy of your population the less likely they are to be conservative. 3. It’s the first day of the game and I get a lot of alliances offered. I accept all as I will go to war with Louis-Phillipe I, (France) since I want to a higher Literacy 4. Well we start as a great power. But notice how almost all of our point are purely based on prestige…….. This is a problem. Why? Well because every time you go to war without a CB you lose prestige, and if I lose prestige, I lose my status as a GP. The mayor of Sopron Born in 1805 Raised in the town of Gy?r became an advisor in the town hall of Sopron then became a freedomfighter in the revolt of 1835. then became the mayor of the town after. He dosen't want germany to unite because they would attack us and the nation won't be stable. He wants to form austria-hungary becouse the hungarians are treated like dirt by Austrians and the hungarians want to seperate from the empire((and we don't want that to happen don't we )) As a social reform a he wants free press becouse the censored press really pisses off the residents and can point to revolution and rebellion.

Though a conservative he believes in the idea that all the aristocrats and rich of Austria should be able to vote on their own policies (wants landed voting) and vehemently believes in Laissez Faire Capitalism. believes in peace but not against war in protection of the Empire's interests in Northern Italy, Southern Germany, and the Balkans. He was born in 1787 is married and has one son who is in college studying to be a political leader like his father but his political ideals are unknown to his father as of yet. He has lived in Vienna all his life and plans to die in Vienna and would give anything to see his king and country prosper. He has never given German Nationalism much thought but doesn't want Austria to lose its position in Southern Germany. He believes that the rise in Hungarian Nationalism is a threat to the empire and should seek a peaceful resolution before a civil war breaks out. Though always an advocate for peace Philippe never thought much of the Ottoman rule of the Balkans and might be persuaded to endorse and invasion to "liberate" the area of their oppressive regime.

The fleet landed, on the most south eastern part of Africa. There they encountered the Zulu people. The Zulu (having violent traditions) made a greeting to the Austrians. This was, however to a certain Austrian soldier, thought to be an aggressive way of saying “e”. So bullets started to fly. The Austrians got away with 2000 people dead. Revenge would come… The Austrians wanted a place to stay.. so they invaded some random place and started settling in November 7th 1837, war is declared upon Johore Their army is anhilated August 25th Johore is annexed.
