    Yes and No, Yes, Lazero Cardenas was a great president, and Mexico is a nation full of a dedicated workforce and Its people has always been oppressed by the Rich landowners and Now, the Drug cartels, I believe mexico can get stronger under a socialist government, BUT, No, because I don't want to see what happened to the Soviet union happen to mexico and I don't want the US government to attack mexico.

    Mexico has no need, or reasoning for having a large military. They have no immediate threats, and aren't in a role where they would need to step in a foreign war. It would be a waste of time and money.

    I think there better then Israel; however when it comes to quality the rest has them beat but when it comes to sending out there manpower and amount of manpower the Russians are some of the best. its an argument of Quantity over Quality.

    How is Russian army low quality? They do not have the most technology, but their stuff is practical and that is what matters in the end of the day.

    The IDF is one of the most advanced and elite armies in the world. It's on par with America technologically, and America will keep us that way. In today's world, quality will always win out. Well, unless you have the ability to effectively deploy it, which only America currently does.

    The days of the human wave and mass encirclement are over. Quantity, in today's world, is only useful if you have the ability to deploy it to a large range of theaters, or your immediate threats (or allies) are directly on your borders. Russia's numbers are impressive on paper, but it would be a logistical nightmare to deploy it in any sort of force.

    Well you can make that argument, but Russia is not an "offensive" country, thus it does not conduct large scale operations far from its borders.

    Irrelevant. It doesn't matter what your policy, if you can't effectively move your swathes of troops around, then your in pretty bad shape. Also, Russia is a pretty big player in international politics, so they need to be ready to protect their sphere and interests.
