Well I don't have any evidence supporting that he can't, only until there is an actual experiment. The video does offer some evidence of this, if you look at what the camera is showing when the screen is blacked out. It's not an accurate representation of what he can hear, but it does provide some evidence that is worthy of arguement. Holy crap, I just noticed this was the Skyrim thread. back on topic now
I actually made an Elf who joined the Stormcloaks just to fuck over Skyrim and cause them to be game for the Thalmor.
Falmer are elves. Magic elves. I think the least of our logic issues should be about how they're capable of shooting a bow while blind.
Ahem Snow Elves. I would assume with the absence of sight the Falmer's other senses have heighten causing them to litterly hear and smell the location of an enemy, or they could use a mixture of echolocation and internal heat seeking.
At first i just thought skyrim was going to be your rather typical game but when i started playing i was just...amazed honestly because the gameplay was still familiar. The soundtrack was awesome, the environment was just...well amazing thats all i can really say. Game of the year material.
It is expected of you to not fast travel (I have not met a single soul who has argued the opposite) but they refuse to give you a radio like object to take on the hours you are going to spend on the road. This just one of those times where enjoyment trumps practicality. They could have someone cast a spell on you in Whiterun that would allow for you to listen in on a DJ.
http://www.kotaku.com.au/2011/12/hes-level-35-in-skyrim-he-makes-villagers-kill-his-dragons/ An interesting article about a guy who is level 35 in skyrim and has played through almost all of the campaign and a lot of the side quests, all without killing a single person.
I could never do that. Murder is kind of my middle name in games. That would be boring as shit to me.
I definitely couldn't see myself doing it, but I found it intriguing and inventive, and admire him for it.
