this was what i said the day i got skyrim

btw my advice to anyone is to READ BOOKS! they help you find the weak spot of monsters and also can lead you to find some awesome treasure. i learnt how to butt rape trolls by reading books.

When you consider a blind Johnny Depp can shoot dead Mexicans then the Falmer's achievements don't seem quite so unbelievable.

It is the only thing that matters anymore.

Of course i won't have it till Christmas, but that's like a week away.

On a side note, i don't find an ES game broken in until i have commited a murder >:)

I just realized how epic it would be if there was a future Elder Scrolls game that could successfully do Mount and Blade sized battles, the Civil War battles have enemy troops literally spawn in front of you, breaking so much immersion.

Well, sometimes they try and hide it by spawning four or five of them behind a wall or any object, but most of the time, you can see it. Yes, it's really dissapointing and not really that fun since I can swing a sword twice and they fall on their ass.

Try hitting a real person with a real sword twice. I'm pretty sure they'd fall on their ass too, either dead or fucked up.

Of course they would, but this is TES, it's a world with magic and dragons and all that.

Although, it would be much more fitting if the game were more gorey.

I think Ice spike needs to be more powerful since it is a Icicle impaling you.

Yes, it was rather disappointing. They should have had them come out of somewhere logical like a door. Also, I was dissapointed by the fact that the Civil War was completely separate from the main story, making it feel that the outcome has very little impact. New Vegas did a 'war between factions' right IMO. Hopefully the devs can rectify their mistakes in a DLC (please let it be about the Thalmor!)

I wish an arrow to the face did more damage than an arrow to the hand. Is that too much to ask?

Apparently it is too much to ask, same as horseback combat. I wish there was horseback combat.
