    We had a points sytem, we kept track of points manually in a thread in the mods corner. Also he waited until the elections started to appeal his infractions, and while he can appeal at any time, at the time he was infracted he said basically that he accepted his punishment and that we should do whatever we wanted

    Fair point, however, we shouldn't remove him from running, it's just not necessary this time. Everything was a mess and not a lot of people knew what was going on. (like me) Come on, guys, there is no evil that can be done from Ler being re-elected.

    What's wrong about someone breaking the rules and being punished for it? Especially seeing as he's the one that made the rule.
