    Even if they do get elected, then what? whatever change they make no matter will only last for a month and once a tribune taste power he will seek it out more. It all boils down to Popularity.

    That's not actually how it works. First we receive a report about a post that someone feels is violating one of the rules (most commonly rule 1), then the reported post is reviewed by the mods and it's determined whether or not the post actually does break any rules. Once it's decided whether or not the post has broken a rule, punishment is doled out in the form of either a warning or a ban (in one case, multiaccounting, then both).

    Well everyone has their own opinion on each matter (and the tribunes do too, but they don't actually get a vote on the non-legislative issues) and the majority consensus is ultimately what counts, so there isn't really an Aqua Blue Shield or anything. All of us have competing ideals, which is natural given that we're all individual people, and not some collective hive mind. You folks just don't see the dissenting opinions (unless someone has actually bothered to write one up and release it).

    Personal insult is an 2 point worthy infraction and it is active rule at the moment.

    In other words censorship, so no. If some one wants to be a dick he has all right to be one. I rather have them around, than go and censoring our posts.

    We already have established point system, that works well in my opinion. No need to go changing that, at least not this way.

    Over all I wont support this proposal. If I've missed something keep me up to date, for I've not read any other posts in this thread. Thank you.
