    No completly true with mods. If I went and pissed of a bunch of mods they'd strike me up for insulting users (whether or not those were insults). It would be like slapping the jury right before they give you your verdict. Only the jury is also the officer, the judge, the guard, the procecuter, and the defence.

    Appeals = mods talking about how much you deserved to be banned. It's just what happened before only done at a later date. It'll just be a restatement of arguements and guess what, your appeal wont win.

    Not really, and only then because,
    1) They weren't done by staunchly hated people (Che and I, basiclly)
    2) Most of them were total blunders on the Mods part when they gave the ban/infraction.

    You make it sound like you send an appeal and you get a Get out of Jail Free Card.
