I tried that epic leader name but failed, so I guess I'm going to settle for Bob Barner instead. Is it okay for the RP if I use the flag of the Chechen Republic, or should I stick to the Union flag?

Well the big problem with my alliance is getting people to work together at the same time because of time zones. Also I think you can double post in RP threads and if not I'm sorry.
We don't really need to be on at a specific time zone, do we? This game runs on the clock, the game is going to last literally weeks, perhaps a month or two even. The alliance thing isn't really necessary though, it would be nice for all of the NKVD members to be in an NKVD alliance.
We should see how this RP goes and if people end up really liking it than I say we could make an NKVD Alliance. Edit: Also what I mean by time zones is if your trying to get to countries to attack at the same time. For example I live on the east coast and I say to attack a country to a member that lives on the west coast and by that time the attacks could be hours off.
