You would be amazed at how long you could go on minimal food.

Well, it's different for every person. The scrawny person I am would not survive for very long.

But on minimal food somebody could go a long time if they are smart about it. I was watching doctor Phil and it was about this girl that was locked in a closet by her parents for 6 years from 2 to 8. She was 25 pounds when people realized she was locked in the closet.

Yes, of course, that's true.

It's different on how you were raised. I can't go long without something to eat, so surviving on minimal food is hard for me.

For some reason, I have an obsession of drinking tons of water.

Well you're supposed to drink a lot of water. Though it is possible to go overboard (hehe) even with that.

Like i mean before I go to bed I drink like 8-10 of those little paper cups (obviously i dont use 8-10 cups though I am not that wasteful)=P..

Well, that depends on the size of the cup...

Like 8 cups as in the measurement type "cup". I cup= 8 ounces.

I am not sure if you guys use cup as a measurement or not.

People use the size of kitchen stuff for other things than cooking? We have a metric system for that.

Well it is a unit of measurement. I edited my post above before you posted that. Basically 1 cup=8 ounces.

I don't use ounces either. Napoleon invented an awesome system. I'll check how much it is in litres, though.
Oh, great, there are two different ones, Imperial and US. Really? Well, I guess it's around 240 millilitres from what I can tell. Which isn't very much, so I assume I did a terrible job at calculating it.

Before big Matches back in my Freshman/Sophmore year i would drink a large cup of coffee with almost a gram of sugar in it, it would pump me up and get my heart racing, i realized later how bad for my health all of that sugar is, especially because my dad's mom had diabetes and i keep my myself in good shape because I am terrified of dying young, Also i heard that in sparta they would bathe together and the towel ass smack was invented then.
