I'm pretty sure we have a better military record than Mexico.

The military dictatorship actually made our country advance socially and of course militarily, although our economy suffered a lot.

Brazil does have quite the growing economy now a day with it having some of the highest if not the highest GDP growth in the world. Heck you guys just surpassed the once powerful Great Britain and are suspected to keep on climbing unlike China who will eventually bottom out or start to decline in economic growth, and personally I rather have a globally powerful Brazil then a powerful China. Though your geopolitical situation makes it difficult with being the only Portuguese speaking nation in South America and the amazon rain-forest is hard to get by although its clear Brazil should just annex Peru so they could have a port on both the pacific and the Atlantic.

    GLORY TO BRAZIL.

Yeah the growth only started when Fernando Henrique Cardoso launched the Plano Real, which simply made the economy stable enough for people to actually buy things with comfort. Before the Plano Real, Brazil's inflation was just out of control, some days reaching more than 1000%. I'm not lying, one day a bread would cost 1 Crusado, the other it could be much, much more expensive.

I don't like her party, that is...The Worker's Party (socialist much?), but for now she didn't do anything bad neither anything really good.

Our country slowly advances, but the corruption inside this democratic system makes the country lose a lot of money.

@Viking, I like the liberal parties more, they have better government ideas, although you can't trust any politician nowadays, since most are corrupt as fuck.

Well, it's not every country that loses about 20 millions of Reais ( around 12-13 million dollars I think) due to corruption.
