    Well, some useless facts:
In the Netherlands, every year three people die because of licking a battery.
More than 25% of the Netherlands is beneath see level, making it the lowest country in the world, after Bangladesh, I think.
The Netherlands is the third exporter of agricultural products.
Dutch people are the tallest in the world.
The Netherlands always has a coalition government, because it never has a party with more than 50% of the votes.
Almost every Dutchman has a bike, and there are almost two times as many bikes than cars.
The Netherlands is eighth on the world rank list of exporters.
Rotterdam was the biggest harbor in the world from 1960 'till 2002.
The highest point in the Netherlands is 323 meters above see level, and that's the only reason we call it a mountain.
The capital of the Netherlands is Amsterdam, but our government is in The Hague (some people are trying to get the government to Amsterdam, others just want The Hague to be the capital).
The International Court of Justice is in The Hague.
Rotterdam has more people from another origin (allochtonen) than people nativity from the Netherlands (autochtonen).
The Netherlands has only one thousand working original wind mills.

    And gaming-wise:
The Killzone series is made by a Dutch game developer, Guerrilla Games.
De Blob is a Dutch game, therefor adding "De" instead of "The" in the name.
The Dutch gaming industry is growing. In 2002, we had only 200 game developers, in 2009, we had ten times as much.
The Netherlands are the market leader in free internet games.
Dutch game developers have an average of half a million euro's a year sales volume.

This isn't Mexico or the US, you can't carry around an assault rifle, and there's no massive drug cartels here.

How's that? I frequently read about Mexican villages being massacres by the drug cartels, and I believe the most dangerous town in the world is in Mexico (but that was a while ago, might be changed now). Gunfire and homocide on the streets sounds like a pretty good desciption of the drug wars, from what I can tell.

I'd really be an asshole if I pointed out you spelled "Your" instead of "You're". Or I could use a stupid argument, take the literal meaning of the sentence and say the Netherlands indeed aren't Mexico.

Isn't the most dangerous town in the world in Nigeria?

    Wikipedia says so.

If you consider any nation that doesn't have genocide on the streets perfect, I have to say you're easily satisfied.
But as for gang violence, while there have been some incidents (murders of Fortuyn and Van Gogh, Heineken kidnapping etc.), our laws prevent large gang wars from happening.

I say this isn't the case (while backing it up with facts), you respond with:

And then I'm ignorant? Yes, what I said in the first reply might've sounded harsh, and I apoligise for that if it offended you. However, don't get mad at me if you claim to want some kind of bloody civil war (even if it was a joke, it was hardly funny) and continue to get blinded by nationalism or patriotism (or whatever you want to call it) when I state facts.

As I said, it wasn't a funny one.

I don't know how many Dutch casualties were caused by WWII or the 1953 floods, but I don't think either got to 50,000 (lemme check that, actually: oh...WWII caused 301,000 deaths in the Netherlands, the floods just a bit more than 2,500), although comparing the Mexican population to the Dutch, Mexico has about 8 times the Dutch population.

Anyway, in the two cases I mentioned above, the Dutch were hardly to blame themselves. However, I will acknowlegde we fucked up in history several times (we were pretty active slave traders, and probably killed a few tribes after settling Manhattan), I'll be the first to admit. Will I be upset? Hardly. What's happened has happened, nothing I can do can change that, though the Mexican drug wars are of course much more recent (speaking of which, has Mexico ever asked for international help on this issue? I think the US did send troops to the border, but really, if the US can convince the UN and NATO to invade some random Middle Eastern country for reasons I still don't fully know, Mexico should hopefully be able to get some help to get rid of those cartels).

Still, I think it's probably just me, I'm not a very nationalistic or patriotic person, even though I do acknowledge the times we fucked up, but also when we were being pretty badass (like the Delta Works, and being named a hyperpower at some point and all). Overall, I'm happy to have been born here, although I don't see any reason to feel superior (or inferior, for that matter) to someone who was born on another patch of land.

So, instead of taking care of the major drug issue, the US seems content with shooting at Pakistani soldiers? Seems reasonable.

And again, I apoligize for being harsh on you, I should've thought that one out more carefully.

Now let's turn back our attention to clogs and claiming land from the sea!
