I don't know about that...maybe you should change it to simply Germany in general?

The Romans were not Etruscans. The Etruscans were not Latin. The Romans were one of the smaller of the Latin tribes. The Romans were heavily influenced by the Etruscans, but they were in no way of Etruscan descent.

There was no reason to add the Nazis anyway, Germans have always influenced the world.

Why not? It has always been some sort of rebellious province or giant blob in the middle of Europe.

Well they did produce great scientific minds, fuck the Romans, made of 17% of the US foreign ethnicity population, fought 2 world wars, nearly conquered Europe, created modern warfare, and kick ass everywhere they went. Except Russia :(

You run around and get shot at from miles away, I hardly think anything that involves being shot at is boring.

Not in my opinion. Obviously swords are out-dated and line formation is absolutely idiotic. Armored assaults followed my Mechanized Infantry and Motorized divisions to follow up and standard infantry to mop-up and secure the place. As well as Air support and artillery covering you approach? Idk, by Modern warfare i meant from WW2- 1980's. Today's warfare is indeed fucking boring however...

I'm not just simply talking about 16-1800 warfare in particular, but what I am saying is getting sniped hundreds of yards away is not really exciting or artistic, and doesn't really require a great mind, compared to ancient/medeival Generals who didn't have all that technology and actually had to think through a battle plan, some were successful generals some were not, but that type of warfare did root out the incompetent, anyways the only good thing to come out of modern warfare is less casualties, not to mention theres not even total war anymore, this is how modern warfare is solved 'WE GOING TO GET TEH NUKES SO YOU BETTER STOP!'.

Realistically, you can't say Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union are at the top. You have too look at the foundations of the question. I would say:
1.Roman Empire- The Teachers of the Future, where all civilization traces its' Rotos.
2.The Catholic Organization (Don't want to say Empire, as it was just the masses of Dark Age Europe bowing before the Church for century's)- Millions under the control of a single Belief, and it still continues with over a billion today!
    3. The British Empire- The Largest, and most Influential Economic, Military, and Political power in the History of Man, no doubt in my mind.

Technically you are wrong. Many Etruscans intermarried with the Romans. Plus the Latins weren't Roman. Not Sure though. By the way during the time when Rome had kings the last three were Etruscan. I would say the later Romans were Etruscan by intermarriage and stuff like that.

No. The Romans were one of the many Latin tribes that settled in the area. The Latins were not Roman but the Romans were Latin. The Etrucsans were Greek. However, like said, the Romans had heavy Etruscan influence, as in like you mentioned, being ruled by Etruscan kings.
