    If I remember correctly I proposed it a day after I recieved power and you didnt sign off on it till 3 days later. We both wanted reform but I proposed the current system we have now. I gave you credit you helped me pass it. But the core was my doing. I am simply stating how important this should be to people etc.

    If i remember correctly it was a mash up of both our ideas blended into one, so your right it wasn't my core idea it was both of ours , forgive me I have been a little tense recently, my mom was admitted to a hospital 2 days ago and I am a little on edge.
