    Nothings going to change, its still the same thing, the onlu difference is that medicare has a lower threshold, which makes no difference if your already on it.

    I am just flat out not in favor of it. Its a mandate. It is unconstitutional. That is all I will say on the matter.

    It's not unconstitutional. It doesn't matter what you think on the matter, it can not be unconstitutional because the 9 people that tell us whether something is constitutional or not said it was constitutional. Say what you want about it, but it is now constitutional.

    By definition it's now constitutional. Strangely enough the people who determine what is and isn't constitutional aren't commenting on this thread, they're sitting on the Supreme Court

    Well oviously it is constitutional now. I am talking about my stance before the ruling. It doesn't much matter after.

    Like I said because I believed it should be ruled unconstitutional. That was my position. I think their ruling is crap. It shouldn't have been ruled constitutional in my opinion.
