So i looked up on google for a way to create a party for my victoria nation because it hasnt got a single good party. and i found this: http://www.paradoxian.org/vickywiki/index.php/Utilities After rading through it i relised, I WANT THOSE GOODIES (especialy the party and pop editor) so my question is, if we got the game through steam and not on the cd, is there still a way of getting those goodies.
