    Personaly i prefer Victoria 2 because its less oriented arund war and military. But i like them both a lot.

    And another reason I like DH over Vicky2 is because the combat seems a lot more, erm realistic.

    Victoria 2. I prefer the longer time span of the game and the general time period. It also has a very nice map and focuses on industrialisation. although I am not a blob monster in these types of games, I do get annoyed that annexing a one province unciv in the middle of Asia suddenly rewards you with 20 infamy. It would have been much better if they had had lowered infamy for unciv/unciv wars and added a new cases belli for civs to attack uncivs.

    Victoria 2 for the better government and economy system it has.

    However between Vicky 2 and Europa 3: Divine Wind, I would pick EU3

    I like Victoria II in every way except the god damn British. They intervien a lot, have at least 100k guys ready to fight all the time, and limit your colonial abilities to Africa and a few Pacific Islands if your playing a standard european nation.
