Victoria II NKVD Mod

Ever since I managed to actually get somewhere in my ability to mod, I managed to create nations nothing to fancy, just a nation or two (localization and all, I can make flags but I've come across some problems with making them show ingame, right now all flags are just white). But I think I can actually get some stuff done. I've decided that I'll do my best to make as many people as possible playable nations in Victoria II. Nothing is perfect, few (if any) are actually going to be top of the line. So don't complain if your nation sucks (UK people your split between 50 Englishmen, so it'll be hard) and is irrelevent generally. Also, note three things:
1) I did not put Stalin in. This is because he would have infinate prestige, industry, and military. Then I'd have ballence issues!
2) I can't do much for Russia and Africa. This because they're about 200 provinces a piece, terribly organized. It would take me years to plot out some African nation. So I've decided the Soviet USSR will get all of the USSR except Finland, and that only Che's Libya will be related to Africa. I MIGHT throw in Egypt but that's underdescretion.

So so far I've thought this much out:
D3adtrap - Finland (Note, starts out with a war against Pinapple Joe because on the Which English Word Should be Removed thread he said Pinapple)
Pinapple Joe - Norway + cores on everything he achieved in the Hexagonal War Game Thread, except maybe the Baltic stuff because of Russia Blob.
SovietUSSR - All of the USSR except Finland
JayJay - Rome and North Italy + Southern Spain (Hexagon War Thread(HWT)), cores to Southern Italy
Chelsea - Japan, Greece, Southern Italy (except Sicily), that area north of Italy (HWT)
Karakoran(me) - Sicily, all of Iberia except Southern Spain, cores to Southern Spain and France.
Che - North Korea and Libya, cores to New Zealand (NZ Revolution)
Kalification - Kansas, Colorado and some of those mid-western areas. Kansas because he lives there, Colorado because his Dwarf Fortress LP reminds me of the Rocky Mountains3).
BurGroBro - Canada(Canadian AAR), cores to North Korea (Che immitation)
Pedro - Arizona, if you tell me where your from Pedro I'll give you that too
Demondaze - Cores to Catalonia
Vladimir Lenin - Georgia (the US State)

Byzantium's Revenge - Starts in Thrace, cores on the Byzantium Empire's greatest extent

I'll put more in later, right now I have to actually make what I got. I don't want to bite off more than I can chew. Not to mention most mods (like 70%) get abandoned so don't make a 5 hour reply on exactly who you should be an why be them. Don't get your hopes on some godly mod either. I'm not exactly Bill Gates when it comes to Computers.

If you played as the State of Georgia your cores wouldn't matter because there'd be no way for you to beat the entire USSR.

Aren't you like Indian though? We could give you a bunch of India, it's just that we may want to split it up with other Indian-related peoples. Also the problem is that everything in India is under the "United Kingdom" including Canada, the Isles, etc. So I may have problems with doing it. Hopefully if I find one Indian province I'll find them all (close ID numbers) but idk. Not to mention Burma and stuff. I think the major problem though is finding things like the Falklands and Gibraltor.

I'll just mark you down as "part of India, undetermined" for now.

So far I've made my nation with pretty much all the boundries. I just need to get rid of some Carlists.
I need to finish JayJay's borders with Southern Spain and then Iberia is done. I also need to give JayJay Austrian Italy.

I've made Celsea a nation, although so far she only has Southern Italy. After I finish the other two things I'll fix up her nation to everything she includes.

I'm saving Localization for last, that's the thing that makes country name and tells a country to put, "Russian" for Russia (for instance). It's names basiclly. I havn't even tried going after it because it's a pain in the ass to do Political Party names (I'm pretty decident that's going to be the LAST thing I'm going to do for the nations).

I've only been going at it for about an hour, so I think I've gotten pretty far for that.

I might put up a screenshot tomorrow, but I'd rather perfect the image because currently it looks like crap. Some of the country colors aren't working so they look like this pale tan-yellow, ugh. I'll fix it tomorrow.

I'd ask for Spain if JayJay didn't have dibs on it already, give me Romania then, even though it will get crushed most of the time.

If you would include me just make the small version of hungary(Alfold,Central hungary,Transdunabia) but let it include transylvania ;Have claims on the regions of österreich,slovakia,slovenia,croatia.
