Anyway, even in vanilla Vicky 2, Portugal wouldn't be as interesting as it'd be in EU3 I think. Then again, I haven't played much Vicky 2, but I think I'll try out Portugal for funsies.

I don't know how developers sat through doing them. Every single person in Victoria 2 has an ideology, religion, culture, and occupation and if I wanted to do serious editing to give say Demondaze an atheist population I would have to edit every last citizen.

It's not so bad because the come in lumps, but doing that across Siberia? No thanks.
