Dividing up the world is going decently. However I've run out of people to put into the game that actually post and have information about. In a few Days I'm going to start randomly dividing up the World with Users with like 2 posts. It's because your country's name is so huge that it doesn't fit. =P Coexistance and Leon Trotsky(may be spelled incorrectly there but it's correct in game) is a lot harder to fit than JJ. In fact I don't even think your name fits when you click on a province of yours. =P It would be like trying to put the United Socialist Soviet Republic instead of the USSR. But you know, it's all good. When the mod is released, kudos to whoever manages to make your name appear first.
I think this mod looks awesome, I'm going to use my name to conquer the world. It be shall be spread over every where (except Stormfront).
Besides Africa, not much change. Even in Africa it didn't change much. The reason is because every nation has a History file telling the game what it's government, capital, etc. is. I added a bunch of nation earlier and didn't give them their history files in order to give the illusion of a massive progression movement. In truth though, the problem isn't that I lack the places to put nations, but that I lack the people to fill them. In fact, I've already made plans for a bunch of nations but there's no one to fill them. For instance, a Baltic Nation and a Belarus/Northern Ukrainian nation.
No idea since I didn't change it. Since I just copied the America file, probaby Democracy. What do you want for it?

Unfortunatly a few people already have good slices off Germany. I'll give you the biggest chunk you. I've been looking for some German-related guys to fill in some spots, so this does the trick.
Ideally I'll have some events/decisions where you can carve out my nation with Epic Fail But I can't make you too big because then if my nation conquers your nation in the starting war it'll be this super-power.
