Not really a specific date. Basiclly, a bunch of stuff in Africa got deleted, so I had to redo it. Luckilly Africa is almost set. Then I have a few more places that need to be done and then it's set.
There hasn't been any major progress because of that Africa thing. But, I've plotted out a bunch of places for countries, I just need to get off my ass and put them in, is all.
that's the hard part about moding (I don't know how it works in vikki 2 but in EU3 I have to change the text file of all provinces one by one, and sometimes i just don't feel like getting of my ass and working on the mod)
Ya, EU3 and Vicky2 mod almost identically. As in, a Vicky2 modder could pick up EU3 and do almost as much in EU3 as in Vicky2. And ya, that's the main problem. It's just painful to edit all the province. And then sometimes I misspell the provinces when I write them down so I have to go back and bleh.
If school wasn't starting up again I'd agree, but things get unsure with homework and all. Especially since they took out Studyhall.
Example: Code: #chinqing owner = CHI controller = CHI add_core = CHI trade_goods = tea life_rating = 35 Code: owner = JAP controller = JAP add_core = JAP trade_goods = tea life_rating = 35 just change those three and it will be alot eaiser
Edit: South America, North America(even the Caribean), Europe, most of Africa (basiclly I have to remove some French colonies and stuff and do Northern Africa), and Australia are done. I basiclly have a bunch of Asia to do as well as much of Indonesia. And Asia is going to be a giant pain in the ass. Ya, that's what I've been doing for a while. At the very start I didn't but you know. Anyway, even with that it still takes ions to do. Not nessisarilly for a country or two, but when you think about the thousands of provinces in Vicky2 it just gets to be a pain in the ass. Then of course Localization, Flags, and History files for each nation. @Napoleon, kk: It's a little messed up though. For some reason that New Romani Imperium thing doesn't work and it's just JayJay. Ya, I plan on putting decisions for you to conquer Washington or Oregon and getting a port. Not yet, sadly. I need to work on countries and the map before I can go for events not to mention the last time I tried an event I completly ballsed up so I'm more shifting around the issue.
