    I am about to start Austrian LP and i wanna know what is the best way to increase national population in this case South Germans.At very beginning there is only 1.6 mil of them.

    Research medicine and pass social reforms (notably health care reforms). Also if you research that line of research that increases colonial migration and take territory it will rise quickly.
