Dear Hiver Leader of Disputable form,

I believe these Lizards must be crushed by our empire, their influence is already affecting some of our peoples, and turning normal hivers into Tarka collaborators. I myself, as a captain of a Colonizer Cruiser have battled these creatures, and they are extremely aggressive towards our exploratory fleets.

As I have said before, the Tarka must be crushed, and all Tarka collaborators, such as Ronald Raygun, who claims to be partially Tarka himself. We must have no mercy on these warlike reptiles.

Strange rumors came to my ears. It seems like the whole galaxy is making a mockery out of your title. Even the gay space dolphins start laughing if they hear of queen stalin. I'm sure most of you now have heard about the disaster at the latest Tarka planet, the navy is currently upgrading it's capabilities. In the early days of the Tarka Crusade, the Tarka fleet was unprepared for our missiles. Alas they have now adapted to this. We are launching new starships with laser based weapons. We won't be defeated by reptiles, and our missile starships will still be needed however they will play less of a frontline unit for the Tarka Crusade.

P.S. I heard from the queen the other day that a fellow hiver wanted to be in the navy? You can head towards your local recruiting station, if you wish to become a officer then you'll head off to Hive Academy. I will personally write a recommendation letter for this hiver.

Preamble

The glorious citizens of the Hive, in order to create a more perfect to establish a perfect Species, be just in crushing all other inferior races and secure the defence of the Hive, Control the expansion of the race and bring great prosperity to our fellow Hivers do we now create the Constitution of the Hive and our glorious,grand and just leader, Stalin!

Article 1

All power of the federal government will be solely with the Queen of the Hive;as of writing this constitution,only Stalin!has lead us;The Queen will make all decisions on invloving the miltary,the economy,the expansion of our society,and lastly our scientific furtherment.The Queen has absolute power and holds the positio n for life.If
the Queen would be incapacitated in anyway, one of the Queen's many clones will be used unless an heir is present, thus allowing the dynasty to continue. This constitution will be the basis for the government of the Hive and the queen must follow the Constitution or risk being deposed.

Article 2

Ambassadors of the Hive must be treated as if they are the Queen's own children(which most of them are).Also, the legal system must be swift and agressive, if you criticize the Queen, you will die. If you kill one of your fellow Hivers, you will be jetisoned into space and pulled apart by several gates pulling away your limbs. There are no
exceptions to these laws, unless you are the Queen.The Hive will have exactly 69 judges that will be appointed by the Queen or her ambassadors, who will ensure that justice will be served.

Article 3

The Military of the Hive will be chosen from canidates that have been preselected from our miltary screening board. They will be raised from birth to be soldiers and fight and die for the Hive and mostly the Queen. The Navy will be selected from "volunteers" and other undesireables from our empire. These members will be kept in check by
the use of random executions of soldiers to "inspire" the soldiers to fight better.

Bill of Rights

1. The right to OBEY THE QUEEN!

2. The right to be selected to live in our empire.

3. The right to OBEY THE QUEEN!

4. To have all of your needs fufilled if you serve 100 years of military service.

5. The right to Worship the one true god, Stalin!

6. The right to colonize alien planets if approved by the Queen.

7. The right to hang a pair of bare arms on their wall an or mantle.

8. The right to choose any mate that has been selected for you.

10. The right to always have a job, but work 48 hours a day.

14.The right to avoid the previous number because it is banned by the Queen.

15.The right not be a slave if you were born to two Hiver parents.

Article 4

Interspecies relationships are illegal with Space Dolphins because they will taint our perfectly pure Hiver blood.Only Native Hivers are allowed to serve in the armed forces unless they are jetisoned out of the airlock with an explosive device on them.

What about relationships with the space humans, space pigs or space birds? once you get used to the squishy outside and fragile skeleton, human females can be fun as long as you don't accidently tear them to pieces!

My Queen in tactical Combat all your troops will have their guns locked during first encounters as they dont know whether to fire or not. During the combat on the right of the comands for the whole fleet (top left of the screen) is a red button, press that and all ships in the fleet will unlock their guns and open fire.

I hope you find it helpful, as i was on one of your ships and twenty of my ship-mates where killed before you ordered our guns to be unlocked... Including one of my superior officers... so its not all bad.

Dear Queen God Emperor Stalin,

A Long time ago, I head of a galaxy that was far, far away. In this galaxy there is worrier monks who use high powered lasers as swords, I think it may be worth it to invest searching for this technology! And who knows, it might even make a good film to be put on the Bug Broadcasting Company.

Do we have a constitution? People are constantly arguing over this, yet there never seems to be any conclusion to this debate. I believe you should settle this madness yourself.
