Im gonna just make my stance clear real quick. I could care less if Im dating someone at the moment. The only time I will think about asking anyone out is if I really know I love them. I would rather pick right the first or second time then be a person who tries to find someone to date as soon as they get dumped or dump someone. I would love it if I am one of those people that only has to date one person, and stays with that person for the rest of their life.

And you can be, one of my teachers in high school had in-laws that had been together their whole entire life so it can be done.

"Love" is a very bid word (or at least it's here). For loving someone, you really have to know a person, and approaching as a friend 99% of the times ends bad for you. The same goes for "girlfriend"; I would call my girlfriend em girlfriend if the relation is serious.

I really like my current gf. And I'll remind you I've only had three over the course of this school year slydessertfox =P

And one lasted only 4 days, while the other wasn't really official. So, this is my first official one this school year!!! XD

Its not for the sake of having one. Its for being happy in life. Its ok to have a bunch of girlfriends. As long as you only have one or MAYBE two marriages. =P

I mean, 3 girlfriends during your life time is not THAT much (not saying that you have to had like 18741 gfs). Sometimes a relationship don't work anymore, or one of the two gets "bored".
