The official legal age is 16 here as well, I think, but if both parties agree (and maybe their parents as well, not sure) I think it's legal if one is at least 14 or something.

I'm pretty sure both parties have to agree no matter what the age is...

Ehh...well, yeah. So I guess it's the parents who have to give permission, then.

Depending on were you live in America, you either start fucking when you're 12, 18, or married. But yeah, the legal age is 18.

LEGAL AGE. But that doesn't mean you get in trouble for it, even if caught. You only get in trouble if 1.) It's rape, or 2.) One person is above legal age, one is below.

This has to be the most chauvinistic forum thread ever.

How is this thread in anyway chauvinistic?
    1. Militant devotion to and glorification of one's country; fanatical patriotism.
    2. Prejudiced belief in the superiority of one's own gender, group, or kind

For one it's not 18 in every state, you didn't say this, but I don't feel like double quoting today. Second, although you kind of addressed it, it's still considered rape even if it's consensual if one party is under the age. The principle is called statutory rape, which basically assumes that until the legal age is reached, the child is unable to make an informed independent decision, so it is impossible for them to "consent" to anything. On the other hand most states have Cinderella clauses that give you a 2 (or more) year grace period. For example 19 and 17 would be okay, but 20 and 17 would be considered statutory rape.

Well, now your just making it confusing for the foreigners. :p
Although, I must admit I did not know about the Cindarella clauses.

I don't think there is a word for it in English (acording to Google it would be "rape"); it's called "estupro", it is when you have sex with someone under 18, but above the age of consent.

Well if its someone over 18 screwing a 15 year old, there is probably a small problem there....

It's ok for me. A 15 year old girl is not exactly a child.

Why exactly? I don't really see the problem...unless it's rape, of course.
