It is principle. It's fine. It may have been the way I worded it. But I only worded it that way because I don't understand how it's worth it. I wouldn't stick my neck out for something I believe is wrong personally. If it was not illegal and not stealing (whether it harms anyone or not) and there was still risk to it then I might.
Guys, don't go to the trouble of using torrents for music. Its called P2P networks. Mp3 Rocket is the single greatest thing ever. I'm pretty sure it isn't even illegal yet.
Well do i have to fucking say i pirate or is it too fucking obvious... Seriously i do it because sometimes you have no idea how a game will turn out and if it will run smoothly even if you have the requirements (e.g falloutNV). I pirated Mafia 2 and im glad because it cost around £30 and all you got was a story line that i completed in 6 hours. The game was fine all but when you pay £30, you need some longevity otherwise its just not that worth it.
By the way before you judge me, money is tight at the moment and i hope you understand that you can't live without some sort of gaming in your life, atleast i can't.
The only games I've ever "pirated" are ROMs. I put pirated in quotations because it's a legally hazy area. I actually own the games I've picked up ROMs for but the system I owned quit working and a replacement is more expensive than it's worth for me. So an emulator than runs on my PC and a couple of ROMs are the only games I've ever torrented. I plead the fifth on music.
