Looks like an interview room, with the couch opposite the desk and what looks like a fairly high end video camera. Is this at your workplace? I've only ever seen window blinds that face an indoors area at offices, never at a house.
If there is one I'm not in on it. I just saw that full height window with blinds facing what is presumably also an interior space (probably a hallway) and noticed it was very similar to one at my former work, also noting that they are common sights at offices but not at places of residence. And, while reasonably uncommon, it's also not unknown for employers to record job interviews to review later. I'm just guessing, PineappleJoe might have been filming something in his room (short film perhaps?) which could also explain the unorthodox furniture layout.
