    Well he definitely wasn't banned for being a multi (that's permanent) and he's not currently banned, so I'm going to say no? I don't remember him being banned, and he def isn't now

    One of my associates told me that someone running in a US state (Arkansas or Nevada maybe?) was also pushing for child labor. Was quite popular to begin with too, before admitting to endorsing child labor. And apparently at any age, not just teenage.

    No, the person is running for senate or governor I think.
    I really didn't inquire into it very far.
    My associates and I were very... dismissive of the idea and the canidate because of it.
    Instead, we discussed how bad the idea was.
    So I didn't really catch her name.
