What forum issues are you most concerned about?

Everyone on the forum knows each other, but most don't personally know each other. We know how each forum member acts via text. I'm worried that moderators would try and put a lighter punishment on people when they personally know them. I want it so that doesn't happen.

So far, I can't say I've seen lighter punishments given out based on personal relationships either. Still, I can definitely see where TheKoreanPoet is coming from, and I agree with him. Still, especially with the current set of moderators, I don't think anything like this is going to happen.

The issue that concerns me most is people getting too worked up over the various minor issues of the forums.

When we become a larger forum, more moderators will be needed. And with that, things like this will become more apparent. I say this now to warn you on what can become a major issue later.

Besides that I hate when people use the term RL (real life). Even though this forum is online the people who write on it are not fake just because it's on an alternate platform of communication, everything we do is in Real life. A guy who is a dick on the forums is a dick, no matter how nice he is on another platform of communication in this case meeting him face to face "real world". Same with a guy who is nice on the forums is a nice guy just by the point that he is nice. Think of it as a gamer who helps "noobs", he/she is considered nice, someone can then come with a counter statement saying he/she is a greedy bastard in "real life". This does not change the fact that said gamer is not a nice person just because said person acts different on various platforms of communication. I wish i could explain this better but then i would have to do it in Norwegian which sadly not many people would understand.

I would like to see a system stronger in 'chain of command' actually doing their title. For example Mayor and his duty as 'clan leader'

I don't think Mayor holds any authority over the clan anymore.

It seems as though we're completely restarting with a new staff of it.
