    That obviously translates to annoying.

This thread was very obnoxious by the way.

Obvious answer is obvious you could have at least tried to make it a difficult choice what about adding more?

He forfeited his right to live when he began shooting innocents in the street.
One good deed doesn't omit a wrong one. This guy killed people, and then traded his life for other's lives. Perhaps that means he redeemed himself in the end. But he is no hero.

Did those civilians deserve to die? No. He is a revolting and unstable human being, and he needs to leave this Earth and never come back.

While a robot might survive that, a human certainly won't :p

Seriously? Maybe it's because of the heavy islamo-marxists influences.

I think it all depends on your definition of hero.

I knew you were from Sweden, before I even looked your location.

Also the reason you are feeling this way is because you are Swedish ;)
Also onyxja I consider ALL of finnish soldiers in winter war heroes, saving us from Stalin and he's regime.

Like somebody said, somebody being a hero depends on perspective.

Of course the soldiers think that, but it doesn't change anything, people think they are heroes,. I think they like this way more (and the veterans) than what happened back in Vietnam.

Yes mistakes were made, but you staying there (was it 2014 when you bull out) for a little while, is vital. And it would be a desecration for the soldiers, if the country fell apart shortly after you left..

The afghan people might hate you, (remember you only see what the mainstream media tells you:"the bad news") I think majority of them don't hate you, because at least USAF troops gives them food and stuff. But even if they do hate, they are better off with out the Taliban. Plus you wont be there for long

The majority of the Afghans, contrary to popular belief, do not hate us. If you notice, the tribes that do hate us, are the tribes that have resisted foreigners for centuries, and hate foreigners in general for the most part.

Firstly, this is a claim which needs to be backed up with evidence. Secondly, if that statement in your first sentence is true it more than likely has to do with where the actual damage is being done. Drone strikes, from my understanding, aren't common in the towns and cities. Thirdly, it does not legitimise the occupation which, following a war of aggression, is unjustifiable.
