France and Russia had a mutual defense alliance in place at the outbreak of war.

It just to bad Russia declared war on Austro-Hungary/Germany. Not the other way around.

It would have been easier if the Austria Hungarians hadn't insisted on trying to hold down all those nationalities...

    That is not you're concern...
France - They are incapable of fighting wars since Napoleon I

British Empire - Barely left anything 'good' for ex-colonies (except Canada, Australia, NZ)

England (medieval times - British colonial Empire) - Fucked up the Scots+ Irish and had a stupid flag

USA - Since the Korean war we've looked like the world's "cop", as well as countless other horrible things, the extreme racism and the idiocy of most of our voters.

Paraguay - They actually thought they could conquer both Brazil and Argentina at the same time!?

People's Republic of China - The previous posts are the same as mine in terms of opinion

Serbia - Nationalistic, Racist, genocidal bastards!

    Poland - They just suck

    There

They were in the process of solving that. In fact Archduke Ferdinand was proposing something very similar to Kaiserreich.

How is that the Austrians fault. Your whole arguement revolves around placing blame on the wrong people and trying to justify the actions of terrorists.

As it turned out it was already, just against three nations instead of two (if they didn't invade Belgium).

Thats some pretty steep surrender terms for only one year to one and a half years of fighting. You sure about this?

Well this was all there terms that they had on the table according to talks in the Austin-Hungarian empire.
Who knows, tough for me the two greatest defeats of the great war for Germany was getting Britain in the battle, and failing to take Paris.

Maybe the Austrians should have announced their plans in a bid to gain support in the provinces.
Also, I never once tried to actually justify the Serb's terrorist actions. I'm just saying part of the blame must also lie in Austria-Hungary's hands for failing to even really attempt to pacify the provinces.

That would be like announcing the building of the hoover dam without the blueprints. They were plans that werent formalized yet. And are you really saying that Austria did nothing to try and solve the situation. They did everything in their power to calm their people but its kind of hard when the country next door is demonizing you and funding paramilitary terrorist groups.

If Austria Hungary couldn't pacify the provinces why couldn't it let them go? Its not like they were doing all that much for the good of the country  .

Technically Northern Ireland and Scotland are independent.
Texas? Texas isn't causing us any trouble right now at all.

Not in the way they want to be. There is a difference between Semi-Autonomy and real independance. Oh and as for Texas I was referring to the whole Texas tried to be its own country thing.
