Possibly Israel, possibly a Spanish-speaking country, possibly the country of London. It doesn't seems likely Texas won't be a nation if the USA collapses.

One would think that Napoleon would return to his home nation of Italy.

Canada, not just because it's close to the US, but because I believe with many of the economic/political views there, plus generally speaking people in Canada are much more polite.

Corsica may part of the Republic of France, but it is still Italian. Just like how in America, Hawaii may be part of the US, but it is still in the Pacific, not America.

What the hell are you talking about?

Corsica nowadays isn't populated by italians anymore, in Napoleon's days it was. Also the term "Italia" that the romans used, didn't include Transalpine Gaul (Lombardia), Corsica, Sardinia and Sicily, only the mainland from Genoa and Venice to the south tip of the Peninsula. So technically speaking, Corsica is not an "Italian" island.
